The state no showings and an investor was supposed to purchase the home from you, but it never went down like that. I believe they took advantage of him due to his age and the fact that he had just suffered a stroke after my mom passed. Be very careful and don’t be so quick to sign anything. Always do your homework. My father unfortunately was very impatient and would not allow his family to step in and help.
