I just want to say that we truly believed switching to this new management company would be an improvement for our community. Unfortunately, from day one it has been a nightmare. We are a small neighborhood of only 46 homes with no amenities, yet we have dealt with issue after issue.
We’ve already lost an important landscaping company that had been serving us reliably. We still cannot get our bills uploaded in the system so that reimbursements can be processed or so homeowners can pay their HOA dues—which were originally due in April. Now we’re being told the system won’t be updated until April 1st, even though we switched management companies back in October 2025. That makes absolutely no sense.
I am extremely disappointed in this transition. This is not the level of service we expected, and it has caused unnecessary frustration for our entire community.

Supin Hsu has been doing an excellent job as the James Creek property HOA manager. He is professional, responsive, and very helpful. He addresses concerns promptly and communicates clearly with residents. We truly appreciate his dedication and hard work.
This HOA is a joke. There is nothing special about these properties yet we pay $400 and for what?! The HOA provides nothing to homeowners, while other neighborhoods under different management in the area pay less in HOA with more amenities. We don’t have a gym, our tennis is court is in disrepair, the pool is basic and not nearly big enough for the entire neighborhood, the lighting is poor which they expect homeowners to fix it, and there’s been a number of safety instances. So what exactly am I paying $400 for if I’m getting nothing out of it? On top of that they charge baseless fees for a property I OWN. They are robbing people blind and something will be done about it.
