    I worked with Seth LeBaron on a project to get a gazebo built for my neighborhood. He was excellent. Very responsive, friendly and went above and beyond to get this done. He worked late in the dark. He also sent me photo updates of the progress and finished work. I was very pleased with his and his teams work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

    Supin Hsu was out at my property within 12 hous after posting a work order and togather we were able to solve the issue of a fallen tree. Thank you so much for the great and prompt service

    I want to express my gratitude to our James Creek HOA Community Manager Supin Hsu . I appreciate frequent updates through TownSq portal and his attention to making us a better place to live in. His is very professional, courteous and responsive. He is patient in providing the requested information and strives for making a connection with all members. We as a community are lucky to have Supin as our Community Manager.

    It looks like the only way I’ll get a response is if I write a review about them. I received a notice from GA power letting me know the meters need to be replaced. The letter said they were giving 30 days for a response or for the repairs to be made or at the LEAST scheduled. I received this notice on October 22nd. It is now November 17th. I have reached out through email, I put a request in the portal. I’ve reached out to Niger Bryant who is supposed to be our property manager. NOTHING. No response or acknowledgement. My power will be off in a few days. & the thing is, this isn’t the first time this has happened. A few months ago, they waited until the LAST minute to do repairs, hired a TERRIBLE electrician who then caused my entire building to be without power for a LONG holiday weekend. When I asked about reimbursement for hotels or credit towards my account, I was told they don’t do that and basically (oh well). This is HOA neglect, and if I end up without power AGAIN, THIS time I will be looking to file legal action. At this point. I’m not interested in reaching out to anybody else EXCEPT a lawyer.

    Lisa Hart SCAMMED me 2600 dollars for trash can violations by not doing her job for giving me any update on my inquiry. she was RUDE and not doing her job at all. I hope I can give 0 star for it. I got violation notice for my garbage can placement issue. However, the trash can was out there for more than 4 years, no single violation notice, until my neighbor left theirs in front of my front door’s sideways. Contacted Lisa Hart to investigate it. She said she will contact somebody to investigate, but I’m not getting any update for almost 2 month, she completely forgot it and failed to give me any updates made me think my case is still under investigation. so I kept my trash can on the current position, until I received a 2600 dollars auto pay notice for trash can violation. I immediately contact Lisa for why charging me if my case is still under investigation. And she tried to cover her mistake by confusing me between general violation notice without single word on investigation result and reply me about investigation.
