I would like to sincerely commend Supin Hsu Property Manager James Creek for his outstanding diligence, eagerness to listen, and excellent customer service attitude. From the very beginning, Supin has shown a genuine commitment to supporting me and my family as homeowners.
I previously worked closely with Supin on an Architectural Review request, and every detail required to complete and address the approval process was handled immaculately. His follow-through, clarity, and attention to detail made what can often be a stressful process smooth and efficient.
I have also worked with Supin regarding HOA matters and annual dues, and in every interaction he has been responsive, professional, and solution-oriented. There is absolutely no doubt in saying that Supin has set the bar very high for community management and customer service at James Creek.

I must say that Ms Tanyia Smith is such a wonderful and patient individual. I emailed her about some problems I was experiencing and she took time to look into it. She never made me feel like I was a bother to her. She dealt with the situation, informing me every steps that were taken. Ms Smith is really a great asset to your company. I give Ms Smith 10 out of 10.
She has made a great impact on me because I dealt with me Ms. Smith on the phone a year ago n my problem was resolved. Whenever I have a situation that needs clarification I speak to no one but Ms Smith.

As some of the original residents in the Fairview section of James Creek, we have had a steady succession of property managers in our community for over twenty years. But our current property manager, Supin Hsu, is by far the most effective we’ve experienced. He possesses a rare skill set, enabling him to work effectively with residents, vendors, and board members, all while making everyone feel heard and understood. He provides timely responses to requests/inquiries which in itself is remarkable since he is the only person responsible for responding to nearly 1000 homeowners. We are grateful to Supin for helping with our personal requests, but much more importantly, for understanding that protection of property values is the paramount reason for the James Creek Homeowners Association.

Homeside Properties is managing one of my properties, and their customer service is extremely poor.
An HOA is meant to make living conditions bearable for property owners, not make things more difficult, yet my experience with Homeside Properties has been the opposite. I sent an email regarding my outstanding balance in November 2025, and Marcia initially responded positively. She advised that they could offer me a payment plan with an additional $50 fee, subject to the board’s approval, which I thought was a good idea. I also asked her to find out if the late fees could be waived if I cleared the balance all at once for recently acquired property.
Since then, there has been no response, despite multiple follow-up calls and voicemails to Niger. She never responds to emails and never calls back. Meanwhile, my account was sent to collections without any feedback or follow-up. I don’t understand what they are trying to achieve by putting clients in such a difficult position.
This level of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend Homeside Properties to any property owner.
