  This was the most AMAZING experience as a first time homebuyer. Charvonne went above and beyond! If you are looking for a lender to work with this is the best company to use hands down! Thank you Charvonne, I could not have made it through this process without you!!!!

  As a first time homebuyer, the home buying process seemed incredibly daunting. Our family’s situation was also somewhat unique compared to a typical purchaser. So imagine our surprise when our partner, Ken, who is part of Good Friend Mortgage, treated us with such transparency, respect, and kindness. He was always quick and willing to speak with us to clarify any questions we had. He went as far as to say that if he couldn’t find a solution that fit our needs, that he would work to find one that would, even if it meant his company wouldn’t necessarily benefit. That spoke volumes to us and demonstrated that Ken and his team don’t view clients as a means to an end. We really felt valued and respected throughout the entire process. I’m really thankful that Ken helped our family get into our forever home and can’t recommend him and his team strongly enough.

  Charvonne Robinson was more than helpful. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. She explained everything in terms we could understand. Miss Charvonne was always there for us. Only one time was she unavailable and Tracy Cannon was more than happy to answer our question. I would definitely recommend Good Friend Mortgage Inc. Their service was not only efficient but also very fast. We were very happy and thankful for their service.

  Robert Switts was absolutely AMAZING to deal with. He was very thorough in answering my questions before and through the whole process. I had spoke with different companies prior just to get a quotes. He was the only one that took the time to help. I will be using him and the Good Friend Mortgage team for any future purchases as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  Being from Connecticut and not knowing anyone I resorted to Google Reviews. I happened to stumble upon Good Friend Mortgage not knowing how it would turn out but wow, I was completely blown away by the customer service! He was there at all times of the day for me. Being a first time home buyer, you have millions of questions. I worked with Robert Switts and he was beyond amazing! He does not mind breaking down and answering your questions as I had a bunch ! He had many different approaches to make sure your loan and circumstance best fits you. He works VERY VERY fast so you can close as soon as possible. We were able to close in 25 Days!!! All in all, I was extremely happy with my lending process! Robert made me feel comfortable and confident with my decisions. I would Highly Recommend them to anyone ! Whether your a new home buyer or have purchased in the past I guarantee you that they will find you the best rate possible.
