    I’m so thankful for Ms. Yesenia Feliciano and Ms. Lunaria for making my move-in experience amazing! They were both so kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way. From the moment I started the leasing process to the day I got my keys, they made sure everything went smoothly and made me feel welcome. It’s clear they truly care about the residents.     I have very serious issue to discuss which needs a really serious attention. There is one thing about a maintenance worker who don’t follow the instructions if I mention permission not to enter means ‘not to enter’ but he dose it all the time and I am offended now in my absence I saw in cameras and happened when I am sleeping alone which is very uncomfortable I am going to take a very serious action and warning about him I don’t know his name but he identifies himself as ex army or navy person or military person and belong to West Indies, he is good otherwise but sorry sir you don’t own Deerfield Village your attitude and overconfidence is not really acceptable all the time. Whenever he comes he behave like he is the owner of this apartment complex. I have a genuine suggestion for all the maintenance team how to be more professional how to be more gentleman please learn it from Franclin. Also I want to add here what if in my absence I already mentioned permission to enter no and something get missing I know nobody is going to take anything but what if ? The question is what if ? So why not following the rules why making your own rules and this kind of behavior
