We’re on the third floor, considering we don’t have an elevator, he carried a new dishwasher up all by himself and installed it efficiently and professionally. The dishwasher replacement was done smoothly and works perfectly. On top of that, I mentioned an additional issue with our sink motor that wasn’t part of the original work order. Even without a request in the system, Mo was kind and generous enough to take a look at it and fix that as well. His work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. We really appreciate his help and excellent service. Thank you, Mo!.
