During our stay, the apartment complex was extremely dirty — spider webs everywhere, constant insect and pest problems, and pest control was completely ineffective. Living in these conditions was exhausting and unacceptable. The trash area was constantly overflowing, with garbage spreading throughout the area and an overwhelming, disgusting smell that you are forced to live with. This was a persistent issue and never properly addressed. Package delivery is another serious problem. Orders either never reach you or get stolen, making even basic daily life stressful. Management is unresponsive, negligent, and repeatedly makes serious administrative errors. Invoices were not sent on time, incorrect charges were applied, and despite paying my rent in full and on time, a false balance was reported. I vacated the unit exactly on the lease end date, yet additional rent was still charged. My security deposit has not been returned, and correcting their mistakes required constant follow-ups with no accountability. This place reflects poor management, a broken system, and a complete lack of concern for tenants. For me, this complex has been a traumatic experience. It negatively affected my mental, physical, and emotional well-being. For the sake of your peace of mind, health, and safety, do not move here. There are far better and more professionally managed communities available.
