The real selling point is the maintenance team. When I first moved here, I was moving in the rest of my stuff from my care. Two men from maintenance parked next to me and helped me move the rest of my items inside. Alongside that, they are all always so quick to respond to requests and communicate what is going on.

I had signed a lease at a different complex, went to go pickup my keys, and then they told me the place was not going to be available. I was in a panic since I was moving in less than a week and decided to talk to the leasing office at Champions Green to see what we could figure out. I had a conversation with Miguel and we were able to get me a lease just in time! Both he and the rest of the staff treat you like a human being rather than just a number. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are addressed and look out for you. Aside from this situation, the community is amazing. Quick to communicate issues, very clean, and has everything you want in an apartment. As someone who has spent HOURS looking for apartments this has everything I wanted.
