    We moved in three months ago. Honestly, we’ve liked it a lot so far. The team is always willing to help, especially Krista. We had an excellent experience with her.

    This community is beautiful! The manager, Cassidy, is so sweet and informative! The Service Team is very communicative and always does a wonderful job. Artesia is definitely an elevated community with a boutique vibe. I love how it is tucked away like a hidden gem. Very peaceful! 10/10 Recommend! Anyone rating less than a 5 star please disregard because they are a great team and care about residents!

    I had previously seen this community while traveling in the area; and since I'm considering relocation, I decided to stop in on 11/29/25. When I entered, there was no one in the main part of the office. However, a female who works there was in an office and yelled out, asking why I was there, but did not came out of the office. Before I could respond, an Amazon driver came in and asked if anyone was available. The employee THEN decides to come out of the office to speak with the driver. She then asked me why I was there and when I told her that I wanted information on the units, she asked if I had a tour scheduled and I informed her that I did not. She then went back into the office and proceeded to yell that I could come in there. The lack of professionalism, immaturity and overall rudeness made me leave without a response. If this is how they represent the ownership/property, I definitely do not want to live there. I will be contacting their corporate office to let them know about my experience.

    My partner and I just moved in a few weeks ago and the apartments themselves are really nice. It is very modern. The only issue is that it was not cleaned at the time of move in so we had people coming in and out, we had some issues with our dryer and refrigerator but maintenance came right away to fix it. We do live underneath someone and they make constant noise and are up all night and stomp which sucks because it’s such a quiet place and it seems like it won’t get resolved so we have no choice but to deal with it but other than that the complex itself is very charming. Shay was very nice and professional throughout the entire application process.
