- RRrosyOct 30, 20253.0My partner and I just moved in a few weeks ago and the apartments themselves are really nice. It is very modern. The only issue is that it was not cleaned at the time of move in so we had people coming in and out, we had some issues with our dryer and refrigerator but maintenance came right away to fix it. We do live underneath someone and they make constant noise and are up all night and stomp which sucks because it’s such a quiet place and it seems like it won’t get resolved so we have no choice but to deal with it but other than that the complex itself is very charming. Shay was very nice and professional throughout the entire application process.
