They give us so many amenities every month like brunches, birthday parties to card making classes and creative card classes. We also have a chance to exercise, have Bible studies each week and resident prayer sessions. They even supply a laundromat if you don't have the hook-up in your apartment. The staff is #1. They are polite, courteous and attend to all our apartment needs. When you call maintenance they come out within 1-2 hours after we put the request in. They keep our grounds spotless, planting beautiful flowers and shrubs around the building, and even have the gardeners plant herbs for us. They mop our breezeway and touch up paint where needed. Who wouldn't want to live in a beautiful place like Legacy at Walton Overlook?
