I applied here. They denied me in Less than 24 hours. I asked the manager if she could give me the code to reapply through One App because I faxed some challenges previously and I wanted to use the to increase my chances (also why I applied here because I knew that they worked with them). She basically told me she wasn’t going to give me the One App code because of my rental history I would probably get denied from them too. But that’s the thing, she knew I can’t apply with one app directly because they require you get denied from the property first and then get a code from the property to reapply with one app. She just refused to give it to me. Even after i told her I really need to reapply with them as it’s one of my last hopes, but she basically prejudged me based off the screening and decided she wasn’t going to give me the one thing needed to try again. I’m college educated, extremely intelligent. I figure she refused to give it to me so I couldn’t get approved to live there through one app because she just didn’t want me as a tenant. So she stifled my chances as a potential tenant which is highly discriminatory. I have passed that on to the corporate office for discriminatory practices. She is not One App. It was not her place to determine if I would or wouldn’t be able to try again. She just didn’t want to give me the code so I couldn’t reapply and potentially become a tenant.

My boyfriend and I just moved into this complex. It’s really nice and newly constructed which we was apart of the initial appeal. However, we are into our first month living here and wanted to enjoy the amenities by having some friends over for a grill out before the summer ended. We ended up staying at the pool a little past closing without realizing, which we recognize is an issue. However, this lady who came by with her dog, and later informed us she was the manager, rudely demanded we get out of the pool and threatened us. We were respectful and fully compliant but we still had an issue with her approach. We are paying residents who mean no trouble and the manager lacked professionally in her approach. We feel very disrespected by the fact she didn’t just politely approach us and notify us it was past closing. She immediately demanded we get out and made threats. It’s very surprising to me that she’s in a position to deal with resident affairs. It appears she’s not equipped with the skills to handle matters professionally which will likely present concerns in the future. Hopefully you can use this feedback to implement constructive changes.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience here. The biggest problem with this apartment is noise and the way management handles (or rather, ignores) it. For a long time, my downstairs neighbor has been blasting extremely loud music late at night, sometimes until very late hours(e.g 2 am). It makes it almost impossible to sleep. I work in industrial plant, so I have to wake up very early in the morning, and this noise affects both my rest and my work. I have reported this problem many times to the leasing office over the past 1–2 years — by email, and even in person. A few weeks ago, I met with a new staff member in the office and explained what had happened the night before: my neighbor was playing loud music again, and when I knocked to ask for quiet, they responded by banging on their ceiling loudly and repeatedly, which was very intimidating. I was so scared I ended up calling the sheriff who came down and kept them quiet finally. I even asked the leasing office if they could help arrange a meeting with my neighbor so I could calmly explain my situation and try to resolve things peacefully. The staff member said she would arrange it, but she never followed up with me and has stayed completely silent since then. This has been the same pattern with other staff as well — I explain the issue, they say something polite, and then nothing happens. It’s very disappointing that the management does not seem to take residents’ complaints seriously or enforce any kind of quiet hours. If you are thinking about moving here, please be aware that while the apartments may look fine, noise issues are not handled properly at all. Management’s lack of action has made my living experience here very stressful and frustrating.
