  I have lived here only a few months but I’m 72 and have lived in many places this management here is the best i have ever witnessed try are always do professional they make you feel as if your all family . They always have time to talk or handle anything you ask the resident gatherings are superb by far . Their boss should be honored to have such a team of employees as these girls and the maintenance is like you are on royal grounds i have never seen such team work they all go above and beyond you could probably eat off the grounds they keep . The only change i could ask for would be for better handicapped access to your apt or better ways to get around since there is no side walk, and would like to know if there are any plans in future for a kid friendly area Connie law Again I’m so blessed that i made this my home

  We went and toured this property the other day and when we arrived we were met by Kendall. She was very patient with us (we had our 5 year old with us) she gave us a tour and explained everything about the property and even let us know all of the benefits of leasing an apartment with them. They are definitely in our top 2 places now and that is strictly because of Kendall!!!

  Throughout my negotiations prior to my move I have been impressed by the caring attitude and attention to detail from Sonye, my leading agent and Megan, our Community Manager. The friendly atmosphere is contagious from all the staff. Thank you, Sonye, for for the personal touch given to my move in process and thoughtful gift left for me in a pristine clean apartment. The “welcome home” feeling will linger through my move-in process over the next few days. I look forward to meeting my neighbors through the many events organized and cannot wait to workout in the well equipped gym. An absolute pleasure to be a resident of this community. Valentines Event was a huge success, thank you once again to the amazing girls at The Crest for spoiling the residents with a memorable experience of champagne, chocolates , strawberries and good company. Much appreciated. 💗

  Went in today to tour the facility and amenities everything looked very nice and well kept, I had a very nice conversation with Mrs. Kendall, she answered every question kindly and in a timely manner, after being shown around the facility and the hospitality of this front office, I think this might be the place for me!!!

  Management here is an absolute nightmare. The leasing consultant, Kendall, was extremely rude and completely unhelpful when I tried to address an issue. Instead of offering assistance or solutions, I was met with attitude and dismissal. This place seriously lacks professionalism and basic customer service. When management and leasing staff treat concerns this way, it says a lot about how residents are valued. I would not recommend dealing with this office unless you want unnecessary stress and frustration.
