  Trash experience with this salesperson. I scheduled an appointment four days in advance, but while I was literally on my way to the office, they called and said my budget didn’t match their pricing. The attitude was also pretty arrogant, basically like, “Your budget is 350k, we don’t have anything in that range.” So… why wasn’t this communicated earlier, instead of wasting my time when I’m already driving there? And also, if your website says “$330,990+,” does that actually mean the real starting price is closer to 350k?

  I recently purchased a home in Riverwood and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. A huge thank you to Laura in sales—she made the entire process incredibly smooth and was a pleasure to work with during the initial phase. ​I also want to give a special shoutout to Cameron, the construction manager. His attention to detail and communication during the walk-through were top-notch. He ensured everything was handled professionally and that the home was delivered in excellent condition. Both the home and the community itself are great—highly recommend if you are looking to move into the area!

  I don't live in this community but the whole surrounding of this community is so dirty, it's sad. It's even encroaching into OUR community. It's littered with plastic bags, plastic pots from the construction, construction trash, food items, plastic bottles, alcohol bottles, etc. In ponds, on the side of plants.. Animals and other people live here too. We don't want to be surrounded by trash just because there's construction going on.

  We had an amazing experience building our home with Pulte in the Riverwood community in Zephyrhills. From start to finish, the entire process exceeded our expectations. Elizabeth was wonderful in helping us explore our options and choose the layout (Pincrest) that worked best for our family. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the decision process feel easy and exciting. Shout out to our construction manager Cameron, who truly went above and beyond. His communication throughout the build was exceptional, and he consistently met timelines while keeping us informed every step of the way. Cameron was attentive, helpful, and made the extra effort to really get to know us and understand what we wanted in our home. That level of care allowed us to truly trust him throughout the entire process, which made building our home feel smooth and stress-free. The quality of the build is exceptional, and the warranty Pulte offers is phenomenal. Our realtor even mentioned that it’s one of the best warranties they’ve seen from a builder. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We’re excited to be part of the Riverwood neighborhood and look forward to watching this community grow into something truly special.
