Buyer beware: after closing the warranty team makes correcting issues nearly impossible to deal with. The warranty team has made unprofessional comments, fails to return calls for days on end, and causes unnecessary delay handling tickets. Especially ones involving gas leaks. This has made the Pulte experience regrettable and a fall from the high expectations set before and at closing.
They build nice homes, but the warranty isn’t worth the assumed price. Every new home has its issues, but this warranty experience has been one of the worst displays of major purchase customer service. The service is well outside acceptable bounds for a new build home marketed as higher quality and better service. Neal did a great job on the sales front, unfortunately he’s removed from the warranty team and process leading to an over promising of the service you’ll get after closing.
The warranty team also fails to rectify damage caused by their tradespeople and neighboring construction. Be prepared to install your own drainage, replace landscaping, and incur unnecessary expenses if you buy with Pulte.
Two Rivers has plenty of comparable options. You’re well advised to check elsewhere before considering going through the shared difficulty in this developing community.

Neal is the best! We've moved around quite a bit, probably toured 50+ model homes from various builders and there is no one like Neal. He is super down to earth, professional and just an all around good person who actually cares about putting you in a home you love and that fits your family's needs. Not pushy, not dismissive and stays on top of any questions, calls, requests. We were very interested in another builder's home but once we toured the Roseland model by Pulte with Neal, we immediately knew that home was for us. We've closed and been here almost a month now and have nothing but good things to say about our construction manager Zach and our customer care manager Matt. As with all homes, new or old, they don't come without issues and each one of these gentleman has made sure to listen to our concerns, address all problems in a timely manner and ensure that Pulte backs quality. We look forward to many years here in our beautiful home!
