Neal is the best! We've moved around quite a bit, probably toured 50+ model homes from various builders and there is no one like Neal. He is super down to earth, professional and just an all around good person who actually cares about putting you in a home you love and that fits your family's needs. Not pushy, not dismissive and stays on top of any questions, calls, requests. We were very interested in another builder's home but once we toured the Roseland model by Pulte with Neal, we immediately knew that home was for us. We've closed and been here almost a month now and have nothing but good things to say about our construction manager Zach and our customer care manager Matt. As with all homes, new or old, they don't come without issues and each one of these gentleman has made sure to listen to our concerns, address all problems in a timely manner and ensure that Pulte backs quality. We look forward to many years here in our beautiful home!

Our experience with Pulte Homes has been nothing short of outstanding, and that is largely thanks to the incredible support and professionalism of two key people on our journey — Christopher Krumbholz, our Sales Representative, and Logan, our Construction Manager.
From the moment we met Christopher, we felt confident that we were in good hands. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. He took the time to understand our needs and made the entire process feel smooth and stress free. Christopher was always available to answer our questions and consistently followed through with clear and honest communication. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the buying process not only easy but enjoyable.
