  We had an amazing experience building our home with Pulte in the Riverwood community in Zephyrhills. From start to finish, the entire process exceeded our expectations. Elizabeth was wonderful in helping us explore our options and choose the layout (Pincrest) that worked best for our family. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the decision process feel easy and exciting. Shout out to our construction manager Cameron, who truly went above and beyond. His communication throughout the build was exceptional, and he consistently met timelines while keeping us informed every step of the way. Cameron was attentive, helpful, and made the extra effort to really get to know us and understand what we wanted in our home. That level of care allowed us to truly trust him throughout the entire process, which made building our home feel smooth and stress-free. The quality of the build is exceptional, and the warranty Pulte offers is phenomenal. Our realtor even mentioned that it’s one of the best warranties they’ve seen from a builder. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We’re excited to be part of the Riverwood neighborhood and look forward to watching this community grow into something truly special.

  Elizabeth Turned Our First Home Purchase Into a Great Experience! We recently purchased our first home in the Riverwood community with Pulte Builders, and while the journey had a rocky start, it ended beautifully thanks to our amazing sales agent, Elizabeth. Initially, we were assigned to Robert, who was showing us homes within our budget. When we expressed interest in a larger home that we saw in the community which was slightly over budget, he was reluctant. We took the walkthrough but he made us feel like we were wasting his time. During our office meeting, he only mentioned discounts of $12-15k and was actually dismissive when we asked about additional year-end promotions, saying mockingly, "how much more discount do you need?" We felt something wasn't right and knew we weren't getting the full picture. We requested a reassignment through the manager, Alex, and were fortunate to be paired with Elizabeth. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! From our very first meeting, Elizabeth was transparent, professional, and thorough. She gave us complete financial information, explained all our financing options, and yes - told us about the significant year-end discounts (including a $50k discount that Robert never mentioned!). Her honesty and expertise gave us the confidence to say yes to our home THAT VERY DAY! Which vould have been possible a week before if we had received correct info. If not for Elizabeth, we would have missed out on this beautiful home. From that first meeting through closing and now into our move-in process, she has been consistently responsive, patient, and welcoming of every question - big or small. She made our first home-buying experience wonderful. Elizabeth, we are so grateful for you and everything you did to make our new home a reality. You're simply the best!❤️ Highly recommend working with Elizabeth if you're considering a Pulte home in Riverwood!
