I have been here going on 15 years and this maintenance crew at Legends is the best one they ever had they are not only very efficient but very caring.

I cannot express how much we love living here! My family moved from out of state and Lucy, Alonna, and Brenda were very helpful with ensuring our move in was as smooth as possible and stress free. This complex is very well kept, maintenance is expedient, and it is a very quiet and peaceful community in a very convenient location. What a great place to call home!

I had an amazing experience living at this apartment complex! From day one, everything exceeded my expectations. The community is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming at all times.
Safety was also a huge plus, I always felt secure, whether I was home or coming in late. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything you need, from shopping and dining to major roads.
One of the standout features for me was the maintenance team. They were always prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever anything came up, which made a big difference in day-to-day living.
Overall, this is a fantastic place to live, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and conveniently located community. Lucy the Manager is the best!

Do not rent from this complex. I lived here for three years, and my experience was extremely disappointing.
Three months before my lease renewal began, I signed a new lease. Shortly after it started, I lost my job. I explained my situation to the leasing office, but Lisa was unwilling to work with me or offer any flexibility.
During my time there, I frequently complained about a persistent foul smell in my apartment. After moving out, I learned that the unit had a mold issue, something I was never informed about while living there. I contacted the management company, Rock Companies, to get answers, but they never responded to my emails or addressed my concerns about the condition of the apartment.
When I asked about options for ending my lease early, I was given unclear and unreasonable terms. One option required me to pay two months’ rent within five days, which was not feasible given my financial hardship and was not something clearly outlined when I signed the lease. The alternative was to provide 60 days’ notice along with “accelerated rent,” a term that was never properly explained to me, even when I asked for clarification.
After completing the 60-day notice period, I received an itemized bill showing that my security deposit had been applied toward this so-called accelerated rent.
Overall, my experience was frustrating due to poor communication, lack of transparency, and unaddressed maintenance concerns. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before renting here
