  I recently moved here and have had a wonderful experience so far. I’m extremely grateful to the office staff—Lucy, Alanna, and Brenda are all so kind and welcoming. Alanna was especially helpful throughout the leasing process, and I’ve also had the pleasure of speaking with Lucy and Brenda, who have been just as friendly and helpful. Overall, the entire team has made this transition a great one.

  I’m really disappointed with the cleanliness at this apartment community, especially when it comes to pet areas. Dog poop is everywhere, and it feels like management is not taking any meaningful action to address it. I have a dog myself, and I’m genuinely concerned about my pet’s health as well as my own. Even though I walk my dog carefully, I still ended up stepping on poop because many residents are not cleaning up after their dogs. It’s not only unpleasant, it’s unsanitary and unsafe for all pets and families living here. I truly hope management starts enforcing the rules, and keeping the property cleaner. The lack of responsibility and oversight around pet waste has become a serious issue

  This community is well kept, peaceful, and the people in the office are always friendly. If you are looking for an apartment near the area this may be the property for you.

  I moved into Legends of Winter Springs in 2012. They have consistently given excellent service and truely care about their tenants. It's a lovely community with office and service staff that go the extra mile.
