  When I first arrived to Solis I already had a long search for a place to live and be stable. Thank God Delia was there! Her charisma and kindness was part of the reasons we decided to sign that lease. She’s the best, even after moving, we have received her support and companionship. Solis is a good choice, make sure you do it with Delia.

  Last lease here thank god!!!. STAY AwAY!I was a fool to sign last year again oh well you live and learn. Next door same pricing and they will actually fix your requests. Solis will mark your request completed without even coming by. I have contacted attorney for what options I have since they refuse to change and clean my ac unit. Tested positive for mold on 3/8/2026. So thankful I was approved for luxury apartment in Oviedo. Goodbye roaches and moldy ac units!

  Flawless visit for me and my family, great place, very complete amenities nice finishes. We did find another place with a location not able to pass for our needs but the quality is not as good and not as ready with the washer and dryer like this one. We are very pleased with Ana riveras attention and great disposition to show what was available to fit our needs, she is a great ambassador for that company.

  I have lived here maybe 8 months now and have never had an issue. Today my AC was not cooling. Thankfully Jorge from maintenance came right away on a Saturday and fixed it flawlessly. Very helpful and informative. Thank you Jorge!
