  Office closed early & no follow-up call to apologize/reschedule: We had a tour scheduled for Sat. 3/7 @ 4pm. We arrived at 3:50 to find the office was dark/locked up, and had a “return Monday at 8:30” sign posted - despite having confirmation of our tour & their posted hours being open till 5pm. We called the office several times & ended up having to leave to use the bathroom as we had been waiting for someone to arrive for some time, and never heard back. Returned after using a bathroom across the way & waited till about 4:30pm, thinking maybe another tour ran late before finally giving up. I’ve waited till now (Wed. 3/11 @ 2pm) to leave this review - hoping the office would call or send an email to explain, but have not heard back - despite leaving voicemails & texts regarding no one being present at the leasing office for the tour. Very disappointed since I liked that the property offered varying floor plans. (Also worth noting if you have children or pets — it is located on a VERY busy road/intersection & there is no fencing/barriers around the property for protection. There are at least 3 plaques in memory of people who have passed from vehicular accidents directly outside of the complex. And anyone can walk in from across the way. Stay safe!)

  I toured Oak Reserve today and had an amazing experience with Catherine. She was super welcoming, professional, and really knowledgeable. She took her time showing me around, answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured. What I really appreciated is that she didn’t just talk about the apartment , she also gave me helpful info about the area. Catherine mentioned the nearby schools are good, and she pointed out some of what Winter Park is known for, which honestly made me even more excited about the location. She told me about Park Avenue, the Winter Park Farmers’ Market on Saturdays, and even the Scenic Boat Tour of lakes, which is such a cool local thing. The property itself looked very well maintained, the pool was sparkling clean and I even saw staff actively cleaning it during my tour, which really impressed me. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything looking great. The amenities are a big plus too. Overall, this was one of the best tours I’ve had all week. If you’re considering Oak Reserve, definitely ask for Catherine she truly goes above and beyond.

  I had a wonderful experience with this apartment complex. From the very beginning, Catherine provided outstanding service. She truly knows how to do her job and guided us through every step of the process, from the initial tour all the way to signing the lease. She was professional, attentive, and always willing to answer our questions. The apartment community is very well located, clean, and in a pleasant neighborhood. The grounds are well maintained, and the overall environment feels safe and welcoming. I highly recommend Catherine to anyone looking for a new home. She will make the entire process smooth and stress-free.

  I was greeted by Catherine at oak reserve apartments. She is wonderful, she took me on a tour of the property and to a 1b1b and I loved how spacious it was. The property was very upkept and clean. Catherine was very informative and showed me around. She stated the pool is cleaned every week and it shows. Very clean. I’m very happy with my move. See Catherine for any information ! She is great at what she does.
