  I’ve been living here for about three months now and I just wanted to say how much I truly appreciate this apartment community. Every time I’ve submitted a work order, maintenance has come the same day and taken care of everything right away. It’s always quiet, clean, and most importantly, I feel safe here. Any request I’ve made, the staff has been kind, professional, and always willing to help. Thank you for making this feel like home. I truly appreciate the great service and peaceful environment.

  ⚠️ DO NOT LIVE HERE – UNSAFE & UNINHABITABLE ⚠️ This property has serious mold and cockroach infestations that management actively hides from prospective tenants. There are multiple reports and even news articles from years ago documenting mold issues across all buildings. Nothing was truly fixed — it was covered up. The problem still exists. The cockroach infestation is horrific. Yes, this is Florida — but this is on another level. German cockroaches everywhere: crawling on kitchen tables, inside cabinets, and even on toothbrushes. No amount of pest control resolves it. Management is completely unresponsive. Jenna Myers repeatedly ignored complaints and failed to take any meaningful action regarding health and safety concerns. The property is also unsafe. My car was stolen from the premises after the security gate was left broken for months. There is no accountability and no concern for tenant safety. Between the mold, roaches, theft, and total lack of management response, this place is unlivable. Save yourself the stress, health risks, and regret. Do not live here

  Infested and overpriced . They just spray the apartment with spray paint and paper floors to make it look “renovated” . They are always turning off the water with no warning . Don’t recommend moving here

  My fiancé and I have lived here for a year in a 1 bed / 1 bath unit. When we toured the apartment, we were told the unit did not have carpet. After signing the lease, we were later informed that it actually did have carpet—but thankfully the team was able to remove it before move-in. Upon moving in, the apartment had a strong moldy/mildew odor, and the air vents clearly hadn’t been cleaned or replaced in at least four months. We also had to have the water heater replaced because it was leaking. We experienced multiple roach issues throughout our time here. We contacted pest control, sprayed ourselves, and stayed on top of cleaning, but the problem never fully went away. It makes me worry they may be in the walls or cabinets Last but not least- there was a man that lived in the apt complex that would look through peoples ( young girls or couples) windows at night and watch them or take pictures of them and you can guess the rest… police were informed and called Multiple times and to add/ the office never told the girl what was happening to her or informed her about any of it!! However, I want to give major appreciation to Luis, John, and Melvin. Anytime we put in a request or needed help, they responded quickly, were incredibly kind, and always took care of our concerns. They truly made our experience better, and they absolutely deserve recognition for their hard work Just be aware- it’s a nice community besides the roaches
