  The Breeze Apartment complex is the best place to live in downtown Winter Haven. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place is very quiet and relaxing. All the amenities are wonderful including the hot coffee every morning. I would recommend it to everyone.

  I moved into The Breeze from Raindance, and I an enjoying my experience! Ryan and Jessica made it a seemless process, and answered any questions I have had, and Jessica was able to assist on many occasions last minute! I recommend The Breeze!

  A great safe and beautiful place to call home Jessica and the entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers and to be honest I don’t know how they do it but this place always is immaculate and smells terrific even the elevators. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely and truly boasts of the resort feel and experience. I love the convenience of the elevator and the inviting first floor with seating and comfortable gathering areas, coffee available and pool and videos games for entertaining as well as conference area and a quiet study area available as well. Garbage disposal is effortless as you just walk to area near elevators and there is disposal which might not mean much to some but if disabled is a blessing not to have to trek it downstairs or around the way like most places I looked before finding this gem called Breeze To be able to feel safe and secure in a friendly environment and community is priceless. I live here and could not feel safer anywhere else. My apartment is absolutely incredible with beautiful balcony view and I can sit on my porch and enjoy the outdoors, every perk you could want is in the apartments here washer and dryer, dishwasher, beautiful new whirlpool appliances and easy to clean beautiful wood floors a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails, shops, restaurants and weekend farmers market all in walking distance but your can drive to all things close as well If you have an electric car there is even a place to recharge here on the property. No need to sit somewhere else like a random gas station while you charge your vehicle do it while your at the comfort of your own home This community and its neighbors at this complex are so awesome the entire experience is an extremely amazing , well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I often feel like I am at a resort. Jessica in the office is extremely accommodating and friendly also and so helpful answering questions I had or have . Again It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities like a beautifully kept pool and gym and more do not in this area I highly recommend the Breeze, give Jessica a call and take a tour you won’t regret it you will probably be saying Hi neighbor to me before you know it 👍

  Not Safe, Not Honest, Not Worth It This management company offered me compensation for a 5-star review instead of focusing on safety and service. While living at the sister property Raindance, someone shot out the window of a child’s room! The culprit couldn’t be identified in the security footage, but the management company ignored months of complaints about a disruptive, threatening tenant. Despite receiving detailed threats and recordings, management refused to help or move me without raising my rent 10%, disregarding my safety. After my neighbor was assaulted, police responded, but management still failed to remove the resident for the safety of the rest of the building. Residents were told to continue calling the police during subsequent incidents. Instead of resolving any issues, management rejected each of my notices and objections, eventually sending my account to collections. This continual dismissal was deeply frustrating. I urge you: if you value your safety, rights, and well-being, do not rent from any property managed by Village Realty. Research their record, demand transparency, and share your experiences to hold them accountable.
