  Rented at Raindance for the last 18 months and currently moving to Sarasota. The current management company has been amazing through the process, making it a pleasurable experience. Ryan has been extremely helpful and responded to all our needs along the way.

  The community director, Breana is super helpful and quick to reply to calls and emails; very important when needing to make fast decisions. The apartment building is nice and clean. Hope to have a great year living in Winter Haven at RainDance :)

  Tried calling a few times as my family lives in the area and I was looking to possibly relocate from the west coast to be closer to them; we called a few times, either no one answered or ever got back to us after leaving messages. Had my Father call as well as he is a local and they acted like they did not care to make time to answer questions. We were looking at a 2 bedroom that was listed as available on the site. I feel like early signs like this are very telling of how it will be as a resident, so just be forewarned. Maybe they need more staff or different management.
