From the initial email, he was enthusiastic and welcoming, always pleasant to speak with during our initial discussions and walk-throughs, and very upfront about what was and wasn't included in the deal. His professionalism and clear communication gave me confidence moving forward, and I truly feel like I am in good hands with Ryan homes so far. I look forward to updating this review as we progress through the process and witness my dream home take shape.
- VCVincent CoconatoAug 25, 20255.0I am a Custom home builder for over 45 years, my wife and I wanted to downsize, we went by Ashton Covey and walked into the model home, and within five minutes looking at the drywall work the paint job the trim work the tile job the kitchen cabinets. I looked at my wife and said this is not bad at all. They did a pretty good job, for a track home.we met Nick and he was very good to us and went through the process to buy one of the houses, when we went through the process ,we met all the project managers. Richie was our project Manager, he & Nick communicated with us every stage thru email and text , with pictures.We were informed at every stage of the process .As it turned out we weren’t able to sell our house. But I would highly recommend Ryan Homes, I even offered to do a commercial to point out all the things that were done like a custom home. Thank you again Nick for your kindness and expertise.

The staff has been very informative every step of the way with weekly updates of emails, texts and photos, before and during the construction phase. The sales staff, Myka has been extremely helpful by answering and clarifying any and all questions. She is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, caring and kind, just an all around wonderful person. Richie the project manager is also friendly, kind, caring and helpful. I truly believe this process without their help wouldn't have been a positve expereience!
