  Ashtyn Grogan was very kind and welcoming during our visit. Even as walk-ins, she made time for us to tour the property, which we really appreciated. She was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made the experience smooth and pleasant. Great customer service!

  Marnisha at The Haven was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process of securing our apartment. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure we understood each step along the way. She answered all of our questions, made the process feel smooth and stress-free, and truly went above and beyond to help us feel confident in our decision. Her kindness and professionalism made such a difference, and because of her, choosing The Haven as our new home was an easy choice. We are so grateful for her support and wonderful service!

  This place has been an amazing home for the past three months for me. I love the community and all the events . And free coffee every morning and the gym is gorgeous

  I’ve lived at The Haven for almost a year and it’s been a great experience. The building still feels new and the amenities are top-notch. The gym has everything you need and it’s hardly ever crowded. The pool and grills are also very nice. My one bedroom had a balcony with a perfect view of the sunset. The finishes were clean and modern. The management team is honestly the best part. Everyone in the office is easy to talk to and Haley the manager is especially helpful. They also put on fun monthly events for the residents. I highly recommend The Haven and would rent here again.in the future if needed.

  Living here has been a great experience. The property is well-maintained, the grounds are clean, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally—usually within a day—which has made a big difference in everyday comfort. The office staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with questions or concerns. The amenities are also a huge plus, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and enjoyable. My apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and nicely updated. I’ve really appreciated how easy and smooth everything has been during my time here. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a reliable and well-run place to live!
