  We had an excellent experience with Silverleaf Oaks by Pulte, and I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-planned neighborhood with quality construction and great location. The community stands out for its modern homes, thoughtful layouts, and beautiful surroundings. Silverleaf Oaks offers a peaceful residential environment while still being conveniently located near major roads, shopping, dining, and top-rated schools. The area is growing, well maintained, and shows strong long-term value, which made it very attractive for my client. I would especially like to highlight Rodney, the Pulte sales representative, who truly went above and beyond. Rodney was extremely attentive, patient, and proactive throughout the process. He worked diligently to help us find the right lot that perfectly matched my client’s needs, even when options were limited. His professionalism, transparency, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and gave my client a lot of confidence in their decision. From the quality of the homes to the overall organization of the community and the exceptional customer service, Silverleaf Oaks by Pulte delivers a great experience from start to finish.   Working with Maria and Matt was super easy. They paid close attention to detail, from closing the deal to handing over the keys. The title company is incredibly attentive.

  Matthew Kiernan, was an absolute gem to deal with through the process of the new build. He is very knowledgeable and pays attention to details. He really made sure all our needs were met. We live out of town and this is our second home. He made sure to keep us up to date on our new property. His professionalism speaks volumes of his ability to do his job. He is a true asset. If you’re lucky enough to have him in your buying experience you’re in great hands!!!
