The office staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. The management team also does fun resident events that really help bring the community together, which I appreciate. Maintenance is quick, efficient, and always goes the extra mile. A big thank you to Jose when I accidentally threw my keys on top of my apartment roof, he brought out a ladder and helped me get them down. That kind of above-and-beyond service really shows how much the staff care about residents. Highly recommend this community!

Their maintenance team is exceptional, and you can count on them even on weekends. If you planning a move, I would give them a check.

They made immediate improvements to the property and truly listen to resident feedback. The maintenance team has always been very responsive and helpful when issue arose. The new updated apartments and coming grounds updates will truly take this complex to the next level. Overall, it'll be tough to find a nicer team and complex so close to downtown Winter Garden. The residents are all super friendly and care about each other's well-being. We truly enjoyed our time living at Palm Crossing!
