From day one, Charles made the entire process smooth and exciting. He was friendly, professional, and always kept us updated with weekly check-ins. Anytime we had a question, he was available and ready to help. He truly made the home-buying experience better than we could have imagined. Chase, our project manager, was incredible. His attention to detail was outstanding—he made sure every part of the construction was done right. He always took the time to answer our questions and address any concerns. By the time we did our inspection, we only found a few small items, which is impressive compared to our past new-home experiences. That really shows the dedication and commitment he brings to his work. We are so grateful for both of them. After 5–6 months working together, we can honestly say we are extremely happy, and we absolutely love our new home. Highly recommend Charles and Chase at Ryan Homes!

I am a first time home buyers and when i decided to purchase i really did it impulsively, I liked looking at home and i thought I wanted to preexisting home but with the times we are in, and the shape of these older homes and the price point, i knew i was going to have to put alot of money into an already over priced home, so when i finally decided to look at a new build i was so nervous, due to all of the stories you hear about the construction, the builders, how quick they put these homes together, the property tax issue all the above. But the day i truly decided to go with Ryan, i never had an issue, from my sale rep Mary, with her being so knowledgeable and helpful, to my project manager Chase Mussler, being there when it was time to start building my home and providing all the ins and outs of the process. I was able to get weekly videos and breakdowns of what the weeks would entail. I started this process in March, and from that day on, i had no worries no issues. Even when it came to the mortgage/ lender I ended up using, which is Ryans backup lender Cardinal. I honestly had a really great experience especially as a first-time buyer, when it came down to the inspection, I used NexGen inspection and they had very little inquiries written down, I believe 17 small cosmetics issues, nothing major, no roofing issues, no foundation issue, the inspector was really impressed.
