  We just closed on our Ryan Home for Cypress Ridge Ranch, and I must say the entire process was one of the best home buying experiences ever! First, my husband and I are second time homeowners, and we had to move due to family reasons and so we began our search in August of 2025. From the beginning we loved the community but didn’t know much about the builder. Chase Pirozzi was our Sales Rep. and he is the most kind, patient and transparent sales person I have ever met. Over the course of over a month he answered every question, ran multiple quote and fit us in for showings giving us thoughtful insight along the way. Even though we did also look at Highland Homes after meeting with Chase again we knew we found our builder. Court was our project manager and I must say, he really puts his all ensuring each home under his watch is completed with care. We cannot thank Court enough for building us a solid home, and for having excellent communication, and being a down to Earth, professional and courteous project manager. The team at Ryan homes made this second home buying experience extremely easy, which was perfect given our circumstances. I can’t thank them enough. And encourage anyone looking in the area to visit Ryan Homes.

  Great experience! from our sales rep (Chase) to our project manager (Chase) keeping us posted with progress on the house to answering all questions, we loved the entire process of buying a new Ryan Home.

  Working with Chase Mussler (Project Manager) and Amy Leffue (Sales Representative) was a great experience. They approached their roles with genuine passion and patience, always willing to help clarify contract requirements and support us with any information pertaining to our new home in the community. No matter the challenge, they remained calm, knowledgeable, and solutions-focused.   I started this journey with Charles, and he was amazing from start to finish. He always answered my calls and took the time to respond to any questions I had. I truly enjoyed the weekly vlogs he sent they kept me informed and excited throughout the process. My project manager, Chris, was just as wonderful. He was always willing to help, even on weekends. My walkthrough was very informative, and even a month after moving in, both Charles and Chris continue to assist me whenever I need help. I still stop by the office to ask Charles questions, and he is always happy to help. That level of continued support means so much. Chris is no longer in this community, yet anytime I reach out or send a text, he is more than willing to respond even after I’ve already moved in and settled into my home. That speaks volumes about his character and dedication. Overall, this was a five-star experience with exceptional customer service and wonderful personalities. My kids love visiting the office Charles always makes them feel welcome by giving them snacks and something to keep them occupied while we go over important information. He truly makes the experience personable for the entire family. I also want to give a special shout-out to Alex. She was extremely helpful throughout the loan process and made sure everything went smoothly every step of the way. Thank you, Charles, Chris, and Alix, for making this such a smooth, exciting, and positive experience. I truly appreciate the teamwork and support. Wonderful team all around!
