  Being relatively new to Central Florida and ready to list our home, we needed a Realtor who would be a real ‘go -getter’, so with a little google search …. boy did we find that when we found Realtor Debra Martin! She is a consummate professional. She is organized, energetic, always cheerful and willing to lend a hand in any way she can. She had an amazing photographer at our house taking fabulous photos in a day and up on MLS in 2 days! She held an open house a few days later and found my buyer. She sold our home in 3 weeks total and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We are so grateful to her and very highly recommend her to anyone who wants their home sold quickly and efficiently!!! She really is amazing, I promise .

  Debbie has sold two houses for us and helped us buy one house. She is so caring and helpful . She worked with us to make sure every detail was perfect and negotiated for a fair price for our houses. She was tireless in showing our house and also showing us houses when we were looking for one.   We cannot thank Debbie Martin enough, she is very professional and very knowledgeable in the real estate field. Debbie found the prefect house in the villages for my husband and I. This is not the 1st time Debbie has found us the perfect house, yes we are repeat customers because of moving away from the area and coming back we did not hesitate to call Debbie.
