  I cannot recommend Debbie highly enough. Her knowledge, professionalism, and "can do" attitude was evident in every interaction I had with her. She is not only highly effective but extremely understanding as we went through the process of listing my father's house for sale. It is hard to trust others with something as important as selling a home but she definitely earned my trust and respect.

  Debbie was amazing in helping me sell my parent's house in the Villages. From the very beginning she was compassionate and understanding. I live in CT but knew the house was always in great hands with Debbie. She assisted and went above and beyond in helping in the process of selling. Everything from assisting in with any repairs/cleaning/prepping/staging/coordinating, she was always willing do whatever she could to help. Trying to sell a house from 1200 miles away can be a daunting task but Debbie made the process as easy as possible. I could not have done it without her. She truly was a blessing.

  Debbie goes above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. She makes you feel like you are her only client. She dealt with bumps in the road so that I didn’t have to. Debbie is honest and reliable. I would be happy using her again if the need arises. Thanks Debbie you are awesome.

  I can say with absolute confidence that Debbie Martin is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is a shining example of some of the best realtors in the industry. Debbie is exemplary at communication, answering phone calls on the first ring and giving her undivided attention when it is needed. She was extremely flexible with her schedule, and went above and beyond to accommodate our complicated situation every moment she could. Debbie staged my Mom’s house, boxed up most of her belongings herself, and cleaned the whole house prior to the closing. I am still beyond belief at the level of service I was given through the past couple of weeks. We asked a lot from her, and she did more than she needed to during the process while maintaining a kind and professional attitude with all of our requests. Working with Debbie has undoubtably made this emergency move and selling experience better, and we couldn’t have done it without her.
