  Clinton came highly recommended by a family friend, and now our family highly recommends him as well! He is a phenomenal realtor who helped us sell two homes in less than six months. A few months later, he guided us through purchasing our new home — and we got it for a great deal! His assistant, Alaine, is extremely professional and always polite. Together, they make an outstanding team — organized, responsive, and truly dedicated to making the buying and selling process smooth and stress-free.

  My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Clinton and his team. Clinton was always available for us. His professionalism and knowledge gave him the 5 stars he truly deserve. No question was too small or too big to answer. Clinton and his team were always available whenever we had a question (weekdays, weekends, holidays etc..). Clinton shows that he really cares. He was working to our satisfaction. What no one could do or solve, Clinton had the magic key to make it happen. If someone needs to sell or buy a house and does not like headache do yourself a favor call Clinton.

  I can’t speak more positively about my experience with Clinton while purchasing my home. This is my first home purchase and I was understandably nervous and overwhelmed by what I didn’t know. Clinton made sure I was comfortable with the next steps I was taking and provided insight and advice from an amazing wealth of knowledge and experience. Not only did Clinton refer me to other consummate professionals who helped with the process (e.g. home inspectors, mortgage brokers), he successfully advocated for me resulting in my obtaining a GREAT deal on my home. Throughout, Clinton remained reliable, available, and steady; he and his support staff are a great asset to have in the tumultuous home purchase process. You cannot go wrong in your home purchase with him by your side. I highly recommend!

  I recommend Clinton Williams & Assc as the beginning and ending spot for all things related to property. The entire staff is friendly, courteous and is the true example of professionalism at its best. This staff really works with your interest at heart 24/7. I give them a 5 star rating because 10 stars is not available.
