    I can’t say enough great things about this community! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and valued it truly stands out as a place where people care about one another… A huge part of that experience comes from Traci and her incredible team…Their level of attention professionalism, and genuine kindness is unmatched…They go above and beyond to make sure every detail is handled and every person feels supported! Whether it’s answering questions offering guidance, or simply being there with a friendly smile, their service is consistently exceptional It’s rare to find a team so dedicated and passionate about what they do, and it really shows in the positive atmosphere they have created.     After new management took over, I was far more comfortable resigning my lease. Unfortunately, that decision is very much so regretted. I’m getting notes on my door for entry every other week, there’s no communication within the office to maintenance, and to residents. My biggest complaint is the amount of times a 24 hours notice has not been given, as stated it will be in my lease contract. I’ve complained to the office several times, even though I have to go into the office because they will NEVER answer the phone or return a call. Last week, we were asked to remove all items from our cabinets so they could be painted. Shocker, they only painted the outside. And don’t have a date of when they’re coming back to finish. Could be weeks, months, who knows. All I know is I now have a black and white kitchen. I’ve waited a long time to write a review as I tried my hardest to give them the benefit of the doubt. But today is my final straw. Note on my door at 4:30pm for entry starting tomorrow at 9:00am. Was told it says entry can be anytime from tomorrow-Thursday, so the note counts as 24 notice, and I would be fined $150 if I refused entry tomorrow. Completely against my contract and unlawful. All I want to know is why this keeps happening, and how to stop it. No one seems to be able to give me an answer on that.

    Estuvimos viviendo allí durante un año y decidimos mudarnos porque la renta subió demasiado, fuimos a la oficina en varias ocasiones a informar que nos íbamos a mudar y nunca nos informaron de ningún protocolo en particular, enviamos un correo electrónico informando nuestra decisión con más de dos meses de anticipación como decía el contrato y nos mudamos, nos dijeron que en dos meses nos estaría llegando un cheque con el depósito, vaya sorpresa que nos enviaron una carta diciendo que no habíamos llenado un formulario en particular a tiempo, formulario que nunca nos indicaron llenar y se quedaron con nuestro depósito y no solo eso, nos cobraron un mes adicional que inmediatamente lo entregaron a colección sin darnos ni siquiera tiempo de reclamar, les recomiendo no creer en las ofertas que ofrecen porque en esa oficina tienen un pésimo servicio y terminan quedándose con su depósito y afectando su vida financiera sólo por la negligencia de los empleados.No es cierto su respuesta, yo envié un correo informando en el tiempo acordado, son unos negligentes y no engañen a la gente la fecha fue el 26 de noviembre.

    I have lived at this property for almost a year, and under the previous property manager I had a good experience. Unfortunately, things have declined with the new current management, and I am not the only resident experiencing issues. I submitted a maintenance request for my A/C on February 12, 2026, and followed up multiple times online and in person between February and March 11. Despite repeated visits to the office, the issue was not addressed for nearly a month. During that time, the A/C continued to malfunction, and mold and mildew began to develop. When maintenance responded, the filter was changed on the first visit, but the A/C was still not working. On later visits, I was told the unit was not functioning and that there was a refrigerant issue. These are mechanical problems that should have been identified earlier. I also had to go to the office several times before any outside company was brought in. I do appreciate Belfor for their cleaning services and for explaining the work performed. What is concerning is that I have been blamed for failing to maintain the A/C, even though a refrigerant issue is a mechanical HVAC problem and not something a tenant can maintain. The issue was not fully addressed until about a month after it was first reported, despite multiple follow-ups. While the neighbors are nice, management has been difficult to reach and slow to respond. Based on my experience and similar concerns from other residents, this has been a disappointing and ongoing problem with management. They don’t take accountability so get ready for all the excuses they’ll give you when you’re having problem with the unit even when you show proof

    This complex has the worst customer service of any place I have ever experienced. With my work schedule, I am unable to speak with someone in person during office hours. Therefore, any issue I have must be discussed over the phone... However, no one ever answers!!! Calls go straight to voicemail, saying to leave your info for a call back, yet WEEKS go by and no one ever reaches out. I also sent 2 emails back in January ( it is now March 18) and I still have no response... They also don't respond to the 'Contact Us' form on the website. I can't even tell you how many of those I have filled out and never received a response. They locked my resident portal back in November because I paid my rent late (obviously my fault) so when I had a day at home during their office hours this past week, I was FINALLY able to speak with someone about this issue after reaching out for months. Come to find out, they refuse to unlock my portal!! I was told that if I need to submit any maintenance requests, I will have to do it through them... How am I supposed to do that when no one ever answers the phone?!?!? It's actually absurd how horrible management is. Also, a recent email that was sent states the new gym hours are 6am-10pm... So why is it that when I went at 7:30pm last night, all the doors were locked and my key wouldn't let me in?? That was just the icing on the cake... I have many other complaints from the past 5 months that I have lived here, but I don't feel the need to write an entire essay on all the things they need to improve on...
