Tonya is the community director at the property. She was very professional and helpful. She knows what she is doing and was able to get all my documents sorted for me to renew my lease. It is great to have someone at this property that you know will do right by the residence.
The staff at the office would change constantly and it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. It was very frustrating. I really hope Ms. Tanya and her team is here to stay.
My sister lived here on the property
It's dangerous living here
Have security gates open 24hours a day
A security guard never seen
The gates are broken
A younger women here had a fire in her home due to a faulty stove
She had a small child

They have evicted people on false pretences

Some people are stuck here without money to move my sister have killed 100s of water bugs in this place
German sick roaches
Cars with no tages
Pot holes
Rats near the garbage outside
Cannot swim on the weekends

We have a pool but to swim u must go through the office
Noone can open the gate to swim in the weekends
People climb over to swim
There are cameras
And have many issues
It's like living under surveillance

It has been ongoing and unresolved issues within my residence here at Indian Trace, which have significantly impacted my health, safety, and overall quality of living.
Despite multiple maintenance requests, critical repairs have not been completed in a timely or effective manner. I have received communications stating that work orders were completed when no repairs were actually performed. Additionally, I have been asked to submit duplicate maintenance requests for the same issues, which raises concerns about inaccurate record-keeping and accountability.
The level of communication from management has been consistently poor and, at times, misleading. Interactions with management have felt dismissive and unprofessional, particularly when addressing serious concerns. My attempts to resolve these issues have not been met with appropriate urgency or transparency.
There are also serious environmental and health concerns within the unit. There is visible mold present in the home, which has been improperly minimized as mildew by Tanya Bell despite the clear distinction and potential health risks associated with mold exposure. Maintenance supervisor come to my home 3/23/26 and stated that his u it had mold and water damage and issues within the walls and ceiling and advised me that Tanya had knowledge of this and nothing has been done to address this issue. Most recently I gained knowledge that the maintenance supervisor that I spoke to last week 3/23/26 has been let go.
Furthermore, pest control measures are inadequate. There is an ongoing roach infestation that has not been effectively addressed, contributing to unsanitary and unsafe living conditions.
Additionally, there appears to be a high turnover rate among management and staff, which may be contributing to the lack of consistency, accountability, and follow-through in addressing resident concerns.
Overall, these issues reflect a pattern of neglect, poor management practices, and failure to maintain habitable living standards. I am requesting immediate intervention, a thorough inspection, and appropriate corrective actions to ensure compliance with health and housing regulations.

I have ongoing concerns regarding unresolved maintenance issues and the overall condition of the property, which I believe is currently unlivable. Despite submitting multiple repair requests, there have been consistent delays and a lack of follow-through on necessary maintenance.
Communication from management has been extremely poor and, at times, misleading. I have received emails indicating that maintenance requests were completed when, in fact, no work had been done. Additionally, I have been instructed to submit duplicate repair requests for the same issue, which appears to create an inaccurate record of completed work.
I have made concerned complaints about the professionalism and transparency of management interactions. On several occasions, my concerns have not been taken seriously, and I have felt dismissed when attempting to address serious issues within my unit.
Most importantly, there is a presence of mold in my home, which poses a potential health risk. When this concern was raised, it was downplayed and incorrectly characterized as mildew, despite the clear difference between the two.
Overall, requesting immediate attention to these issues, proper communication, and appropriate action was never met to ensure that my living conditions meet acceptable health and safety standards. If I could rate zero I would.

“I’ve been living without AC for three weeks, and it has been miserable, especially with a two-year-old child in this heat. This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, every time I’ve tried to get help, I’ve been met with attitude instead of urgency or compassion. Management has refused to properly fix the issue or even provide a portable AC unit as a temporary solution. No tenant, especially one with a small child, should have to live in these conditions. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled
