I have called the office multiple times and gone in person, and I am constantly told they are short-staffed. I was also told a part was ordered, but nothing has been fixed and there have been no updates. I pay separately for the washer and dryer, yet I am being charged for an appliance I cannot use. That is unacceptable. Starting today, I will continue leaving honest negative reviews until my situation is resolved. If I did not have rent money, I have no doubt they would move quickly to issue an eviction, yet when it comes to providing services I pay for, there is no urgency. Tenants deserve timely repairs and accountability.

When I called back the phone either off, discharge or they blocked my number talking maintenance phone number. The room temperature is currently at 79 degree with kids with me. It is just blowing air not cooling. For an urgent call it should not be addressed that way.
