  This community is the worst, starting with the people who work in the office. Their customer service is terrible; they treat you like garbage. They don't care if something isn't working in your apartment. I've been without air conditioning for eight days, and when I went to ask them to fix it, they brazenly told me they didn't know when they could. It's unbelievable that they have no answer.   The property is not so well kept. The hallway pavement is dirty and often full of trash. The porch area is also dirty and needs to be pressure cleaned. I’ve also noticed some critters crawling around, before and after someone came to spray the unit. Maintenance is slow about repairs, I’m not sure if it’s due to lack of staff. However there’s no urgency to repair anything. The neighbors are kind and look out for one another, which I can appreciate. I’ve had 2 attempted theft situations but thanks to my neighbors, all ended well.

  Alex came and changed the thermostat on the AC unit so we were able to get heat and keep warm during the very cold day, appreciate the job Alex did.

  The dryer not working after 10min of service. The same for the oven.They work for completing the work orders
