- ZBZach Bush4 days ago2.0Has the possibility of being a great place to live. Management unfortunately has zero accountability in any sense of the word. Common sense and communication are absent. Possibly the poorest management I've encountered, coast to coast. To ask anything of this management is to be disappointed in some form or fashion.

Whoever these ladies that they have in there now are very disrespectful and rude, they never pick up the phone and when you do call them they just want to rush you off the phone if they answer. This really needs to be looked into because they will drive future customers away.

I'm excited about the direction of my community now that we have the proper people in position. Thanks again Marcus for such an awesome job in a timely manner.

Marcus handled the issue, and he was efficient, reliable, and professional. He also took the time to explain what caused the problem and gave me helpful information on how to prevent it from happening again in the future. I truly appreciate the quick response and excellent service!
