  Maintenance is great. Leasing office can be a little snobby and sloppy. They're not very communicative when you move in or out. The property is always kept clean. However, they will nickle and dime you upon move out.

  I just wanna say that Christian, one of our maintenance guys, really believes in taking care of things the right way. When everyone looks after their homes and shared spaces, it makes the whole neighborhood a better, happier place to live. His mindset is simple: handle your responsibilities, respect the property, and the community takes care of itself.

  One of my favorite part of the building is the people! How diverse we are as a community between types of work and culture! So many young professionals and families within the building! One of the best apartments in all of south Florida!

  I’ve been living at Inscription for about a year and a half and honestly couldn’t be happier. The building is always clean and well taken care of. It’s a very safe and peaceful place to live. The maintenance and office staff are great and always quick to help. Heidi, the property manager, has always been so kind and helpful every time we’ve needed something. It's an amazing community!
