I just want to give a big thank you to Tonya, the new property manager at Indian Trace Circle. It’s been a long time since we’ve had a manager who truly cares about the tenants the way she does. She works hard, listens to us, and really fights for the people who live here. You can tell she has a big heart and genuinely wants things to be better for the community.
I also want to recognize her team and Mr. Quincy for the work they do as well. It means a lot to have people who actually care and put in the effort for the residents.
As a tenant, I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication you all are putting in. Thank you for everything you’re doing.

I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Tonya, Quincy, and Rob for helping me in my situation of my appliances. I know I didn’t make it easy for them in the beginning but I understood that they are new to the what’s going on in this community & there have been many staff coming in & out. I pray that this team stays & don’t get pushed out by rude & frustrating tenants or upper management because they are doing their best to clean house . I love how caring & understanding they are, they have been through a lot since they’ve started but I want to show my appreciation to them & I pray God continues to bless them & keep them sane through all of this unorganized mess going on. I call from time to time just to make them laugh because I know it’s not easy. Keep up the good work that y’all are doing & let no one & I mean NO ONE still your joy & what God has placed you here to do!

The new manager is trying to fix problems left by previous management, but the building is still in poor condition. Appliances are broken, hallways are not being cleaned, and issues are not being addressed, which feels unfair to tenants who pay rent on time. The situation is disappointing, and there is hope with the new manager that things will improve for the benefit of the community.

I began my application on December 22 and paid a $100 deposit. I never received a written approval or denial. I dealt with three different employees, all giving different information. No one provided clear answers.
I have sent multiple emails and made several visits to the office. No one responds. When I ask about my refund, staff say they “don’t know” when the check will be issued.
At this point, the lack of communication and accountability makes it appear that there is no intention of returning my deposit.
Corporate management should be aware of how applicants are being handled at this property.
I believe the office is somewhat over whelmed ..I'm trying to do better be better and just live a a very peaceful life nothing more or less ...yesterday was very hard for me trying to get my rent paid 😪 we all have e a story some worse than others .I entered the office to be sure my rent was taken care of and spike with Misd Jezel I never found out so I returned only to be told by the maintenence man to have a seat he was writing domthing not sure what although it was not a good feeling for me I briyght candy for Miss Jezeland left only to return to find out and make sure my rent was taken care of ..I was told the office manager was done I just wanted to insure my rent was paid is all so please just let me have peace ✌️ I've been through enough living in a car a storage a truck and so forth .sincerely your Lisa Maschmeier old 15 apt.101 should I need to talk to somone there in the office I should be able to do so 🤔 My Son Googled Indian Trace not me I wish noone to be in trouble much less myself should somone need to reach me please feel free to contact me Thank u again God Bless
