I love living here at this apartment complex and have only had issues with my AC unit and water damage along the bottom of the crown molding and on the rug!!The past management only took care of the AC immediately; But not the severe water damage that looks like mold! But now with another new management team, it's been extremely hard to get in contact with the general manager! Recently I have been in serious need of maintenance regarding the stove going on fire, and the dryer making extremely loud noises and the vent inside the dryer was bright red almost so scared that the dryer would go up in flames! Also the knob to the dryer is missing and now further more I have to wait till they order parts! Even though maintenance came to check and try to fix the dryer and the stove temporarily; both are still in the need of maintenance before a huge fire starts! I'm extremely nervous about using either one of these appliances! I have called several times over the past week and a half, left emails for the general manager and even tried to go into the office for help with these issues. But to my surprise the office was closed several times and it was during the day when someone should of been in the office to talk about this matter in person! I'm waiting on the general manager to discuss these issues! Today I finally spoke with the new girl and she said I have to wait for the general manager for any action to happen and have maintenance come back over to my apartment again! I haven't been able to do any laundry for awhile because of this issue and I'm paying for it in my monthly rent! And the stove is also a serious matter! In addition , I'm very responsible by paying rent on time every month for the past several years! But this past month I paid rent on the 3rd of December on time and then I got surprised with a notice on my door about a late fee! This is ridiculous because my rent payments go through the app and are always on time! Hopefully tomorrow I will talk to anyone at this point to address these important issues especially the general manager!! I've been so patient but now I'm so frustrated . I can't have a huge fire start because it's impossible to get these things fixed! I'm praying that the new general manager will help solve these issues! I'm trying my hardest not to get super mad and be patient!😢 Sincerely Tara!!
