  I’ve lived here for 2 years and each time I renew my lease they raise the prices on loyal residents but advertise the same apartment for $500 cheaper online for new people. especially after not getting any sleep for almost a whole year because of a neighbor that blasted music all hours of the day and night, they still offered me nothing but raising my rent. When they offer to negotiate they take off $10 and say that’s the lowest they’ll go. i’m paying over 2k for the smallest one bedroom they have.

  I would not recommend living in this complex. What should be a peaceful and enjoyable place to live has turned into a very uncomfortable experience. There is a noticeable lack of respect from certain neighbors, especially in shared areas like the pool, where the atmosphere can feel tense and unwelcoming. Even more concerning, some individuals have claimed to be police officers, showing supposed badges and using that to intimidate others into leaving common areas. This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate and creates a hostile environment for residents. It’s disappointing that management does not seem to address these issues, as they directly affect the quality of life in the community. A place to live should feel safe, respectful, and comfortable — unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. If you are looking for a calm and respectful place to live, this may not be the right choice.

  Courtney the new manager is very professional, very nice and so easy to talk to. She’s has a smile on her face and always willing to help. She’s helped me through my move out process and helped me out a lot. She’s made the process seamless with a smile.

  We have had an amazing experience living at Luminary 95 thanks to the incredible staff. Harrison was wonderful to work with when renting our unit, he was professional, helpful, and always had answers to our questions in a timely manner. Christyn and the maintenance team did an excellent job with our TV mounting. It was done perfectly and with great attention to detail, which really shows the level of care they put into their work whenever we need help. Kasey, the property manager, and the entire team do a fantastic job of keeping the community feeling welcoming and fun. The community events they organize are always the best and really help build a great neighborhood atmosphere. We have lived here since July 2025 and recently signed another lease because of how great the team has been. Highly recommend this community and the staff who truly make it feel like home!
