  German roaches infestation in my apartment. On November 3rd of this year, the office was notified of German roach infestation in our apartment. Despite constant, ignored reports and ineffective sprays, Management has refused to effectively treat the problem. This morning, I drew the line! I was getting my grandson ready for daycare and they were crawling on the kitchen counter. I have not been able to use the stove or the dishwasher for over a month now. We have personally control the infestation as best as we can, waiting for management to provide the proper solution. This isn’t an oversight, is gross negligence and is costing us peace and endangering our health. It’s time for corporate to get involved. We refuse to continue to live this nightmare. The staff and maintenance has been wonderful and supportive, but there’s not much they can do if the order doesn’t come from management. If I would have been taken seriously back on November 3rd, we could have avoided the spreading.

  Maintenance crew has been fantastic!!! Christyn has worked on several requests for me. She is always quick, efficient and best of all, kind to my rambunctious puppy. A couple weeks ago, Leo saw my struggling to push a trailer into our rented garage, he stopped what he was doing and rushed over to assist - really more than assist... Then today, my mom was out walking my puppy and forgot her phone (map). She could not remember how to get back to the apartment. Leo came to the rescue, stopped what he was doing and walked her across the complex - even taking over the leash - and helped her return back home. I can't say enough of the staff...

  Loved touring the Luminary at 95. The community is beautiful and amenities are top tier. From astroturf covered dog park, to state of the art fitness center to their resort style swimming pool. There’s a lot to like. Harrison Burch, our Better Living Consultant, was fantastic. He was super insightful in answering all of our one of questions about the community. Harrison also shared his own unique experiences as a fellow resident with the Luminary at 95 that made the whole tour feel genuine. We never felt pressured to sign during the tour and walked away with all the information needed to make our decision I recommend touring the complex if you are in the market.

  This is a wonderful, family-friendly place to live. The units and community areas are very well-kept, the landscaping is beautiful and there’s lots of parking spaces. Staff are timely, considerate and easy to work with. Maintenance requests have always been completed within 1-2 days. Staff does a great job of planning community events and bringing food trucks out for residents. The application process was streamlined well, and Harrison helped answer all of our questions and more. We love it here!

  I’ve lived at this property for 2 years now, and it’s been nothing but a wonderful experience. Maintenance is always quick and so friendly, and the front office staff is super helpful and responsive. I always feel like my voice is heard. Recently, I needed to adjust my living situation and really wanted to stay in the community instead of moving elsewhere. The Luminary made that possible by offering me a transfer to a unit that fit my needs, and I just completed the process. I can’t say enough good things about how smoothly it went. Harrison was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make everything stress-free. He was patient, thorough, and always quick to answer any questions I had- which was many, lol! Moving can be overwhelming, but Harrison made it so much easier. I really appreciate all of his help and highly recommend working with him!
