  We have had an amazing experience living at Luminary 95 thanks to the incredible staff. Harrison was wonderful to work with when renting our unit, he was professional, helpful, and always had answers to our questions in a timely manner. Christyn and the maintenance team did an excellent job with our TV mounting. It was done perfectly and with great attention to detail, which really shows the level of care they put into their work whenever we need help. Kasey, the property manager, and the entire team do a fantastic job of keeping the community feeling welcoming and fun. The community events they organize are always the best and really help build a great neighborhood atmosphere. We have lived here since July 2025 and recently signed another lease because of how great the team has been. Highly recommend this community and the staff who truly make it feel like home!

  We are so thankful for the staff here at The Luminary. Harrison, Christyn, and Leslie have especially made living here such a positive experience. From quickly fixing our dryer, to hosting fun community events, to making sure our transfer process was completely stress-free, they have truly gone above and beyond. We are grateful for their hard work and feel blessed to call The Luminary our home.

  I’ve been living here for almost a year and overall I really like it. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The community is very pet-friendly, with a dog park that’s great for pets and their owners. One of my favorite things about living here is the lake. It’s beautiful, and I love taking walks there with my dogs. Even on days when the weather isn’t great, the scenery is still lovely and makes the walks very enjoyable. The clubhouse is pleasant and well kept. You can sometimes hear neighbors if they are talking loudly or if children are crying, but it’s just everyday noise and nothing excessive The only improvements I would suggest would be upgrading the refrigerator to a more modern model with water and ice dispensers, and updating the amenities access system to be keyless through the app, since access currently requires a physical tag. Aside from these points, this is a good place to live and I’m happy with my experience here.

  The Luminary at 95 apartments is a really nice luxury apartment community. The place feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The pool and gym give it that resort vibe, and being pet friendly is a big plus. Super convenient location right off I-95 but still feels peaceful. Overall, it's a great place to live and worth it.
