The Maintenance team is 100% on point as well as the new porter keeping the property looking clean. Matt has been doing an extremely good job of keeping the dog waste bins and the trash on the property one hundred percent cleaned up. I appreciate everybody so far in making this a very safe and warming community to live in.So far.

The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities and grounds were also in great condition, and the location was convenient for shopping, dining, and commuting. That said, there was one ongoing issue during our time there that unfortunately was never resolved. Despite multiple residents, including myself, reporting it to the property office, some dog owners consistently failed to pick up after their pets. Dog waste was regularly left around the property, which detracted from the otherwise clean and welcoming environment. It’s a great place to live overall—just hoping management will take a more proactive approach to enforcing pet cleanup policies.
