  ****RENTER’S BEWARE****** visited the property shown by leasing manager “Casandra”. What a bait & switch tactic. I decided on the apartment, completed application & approved only to get a call three days later that they rented the unit to someone else who fully completed the application process after mine. Gave lame excuse as to why it happened & I spoke with Haley the area manger who gave no other reason but an apology of this mishap. I’m sure the other lease was longer than my 8 month is why they opted to go with that tenant. This was a UDAAP violation & tbeir Customer service is horrible. Renter beware!!

  Ive had the privilege to interact with Haley and her team at Sentosa, and she stands out as someone who genuinely takes pride in how the community is run. Absolutely professional, responsive, and clearly cares about making sure everything is handled the right way. The property itself reflects that. It’s well kept, organized, and gives off the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away and, that kind of consistency and attention to detail matters, and it is clear Haley delivers on that. If I were looking for a place in the area, this is definitely a community I’d feel confident moving into. Strong management makes all the difference, and it shows here!

  I absolutely love this community. My cousin lives here and I always go to visit her!! I remember last summer management hosted several gatherings for family’s by the pool, cook -out or movie night for our kids and that really spoke volumes to me. When you live in apartment homes, the feeling of being at home is rare. Here at Sentosa, it’s friendly and welcoming. You can see they go above and beyond! Last Fall, My Aunt said that one of their head of Maintenance guys, Richard I believe she said, helped her take all of her groceries up the stairs one day to help my aunt when she could barely walk, and then came back and replaced one of her lights that went out! What a rockstar. That’s the kind of people we need in our communities!!!

  I have to say, it’s not often you walk into a place and receive such great treatment. As a resident here, no matter the issue, everyone is always extremely helpful. The manager, Haley, is amazing at what she does, and the rest of the office staff, including Cassandra, are just as great. The property is consistently clean, and you can tell there’s an ongoing effort to keep improving it. Ever since the change in management, it’s clear they truly care about what’s happening in the community. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

  Beautiful community located right next to all the shopping, food & social activities Wesley Chapel has to offer! The staff makes you feel right at home from the second you walk in the door with a family-like, welcoming feel. There is a beautiful pool with lounge chairs, additional lounge areas and grilling area to host guest. Theres also endless amenities inside the clubhouse between their gym (which has all the equipment you could need), a game room and plenty of business/ study space for work from home or students to have an additional space to work. The interiors of the apartments are modern like and upscale giving a fresh & clean feel inside the apartment. I love living here!!
