She guided us through several key steps with professionalism and great communication, helping make a complex process feel manageable from day one. A very special mention goes to our realtor, Maria Nerguizian. Maria was absolutely instrumental throughout the entire process—answering every question, clarifying each concern, and guiding us with expert insight from beginning to end. Without her, the experience would not have been nearly as smooth. Her commitment, patience, and attention to detail made a huge difference and gave us confidence at every step. Finally, we want to recognize Roy Edwards, the Construction Manager. Roy truly went above and beyond to ensure our home was completed on time and built to the highest standards of quality. His dedication to craftsmanship, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure every detail was perfect exceeded all expectations. He sent updates multiple times a week with photos and clear status updates as to where we were in the process managing expectations throughout. He also ensured any quality issues were resolved before we identified them and if we identified any other minor issues he was quick to get them resolved. My realtor (Ami Rivera of Smith & Associates Real Estate…was also amazing!) told me this is the cleanest build she has ever seen in all of the ones she has done with Pulte. I highly recommend you request Rafael as your Construction Manager!
