Daniel Juarbe was an outstanding sales associate who guided us seamlessly through the entire process—from initial discussions through the build and closing. His knowledge, responsiveness, and commitment made the journey smooth and reassuring. Equally impressive was our Construction Manager, Steve Nacca. His passion for excellence, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to delivering an impeccable product were evident at every stage. My family and I can confidently say he helped bring our dream home to life. The entire Pulte team truly delivered on their promises. At every step, we felt like they were building this home with us, not just for us. We are extremely grateful for the professionalism, care, and pride demonstrated throughout the process and highly recommend Pulte Homes and the Vidas Way team to anyone considering a new home.

He sent updates multiple times a week with photos and clear status updates as to where we were in the process managing expectations throughout. He also ensured any quality issues were resolved before we identified them and if we identified any other minor issues he was quick to get them resolved. My realtor (Ami Rivera of Smith & Associates Real Estate…was also amazing!) told me this is the cleanest build she has ever seen in all of the ones she has done with Pulte. I highly recommend you request Rafael as your Construction Manager!
