- CCCTYGRLDec 22, 20254.0Looked at model homes. The most expensive is gorgeous. The basic is ordinary. Looked at actual price when home and they are very expensive. If you can afford it, I would recommend this community but my budget is not $800,00 to over a million.

If you are looking for a 55 plus community that is close to shopping and some of the best restaurants in Wesley Chapel you need to tour this community. What a great addition to Wesley Chapel!

The 9 models and their many upscale finishes, high ceilings, wide hallways, tall doors/ceilings, cobble stone driveways, spacious and well thought out floor plans- took my breath. I fell in love with these homes and the staff! Carmen was most informative of all the incentives and unlimited options to build my retirement home. She was very accommodating to my timeline as well. I have bought 2 new homes in my life time and I must say this was a top-notch experience. Thank you Carmen! After visiting 7 builders I stopped here. I am confident GL Homes was my best choice and by far the best builder. Literally our new oasis in a lovely up and coming area is now in my foreseeable future.
