She went out of her way to make the application process as smooth as possible. She followed up with me and kept me updated every step of the way. She was so patient and helpful. Even if she was out of the office, she made sure I knew who to speak with while she was out. She never left me without support. The communication here is superb and maintenance is fast and professional. The community is always clean and my apartment is beautiful!!! My son and I feel so at home here at Lexington Oaks!!!

Amenities may be working for 2 weeks now but will be broken throughout the rest of your lease term while paying full price!

She was very attentive, super sweet and just overall a great girl. The community is so nice and I have a 3/2 and everything is just big honestly one of my favorite places i’ve ever lived!

I came from a very horrible living situation right before moving into these apartments & living here made me feel so much better. It's very peaceful in my apartment & the kitchen is big with a beautiful island table. It actually feels like a cozy home. Update: 2/17/2026 I was dumping my trash & one of the maintenance men offered to take my trash for me. It was SO SWEET. I wasn't expecting it & he was so nice. It really made my day on today. That man was doing his job & did a superb job. Keep up the great work in this beautiful community Sentosa Lexington Oaks! Awesome!
- KSkathryn SFeb 9, 20261.0Don’t apply here I make 10-12k a month sent them my bank statements still wasn’t enough. Now I looked at the bad reviews and looks like a ton. Save yourself the trouble. The people seem very rude in the office.
