  Toured with Mayra and she was absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable, patient, and just has the best energy. The whole complex has been amazing through all my questions, the application process, and moving in. We also couldn’t help but notice how clean and well built the property is. We are so excited to be living here.

  Hi to whoever is reading this 😊 Mayra was one of the people I worked with throughout my move-in process, and I truly adore her — no exaggeration. She is so sweet, warm, and genuinely joyful. Even though she wasn’t the person who originally gave me my tour, my overall experience made me feel at home right away. One thing that really stood out to me was how she thoughtfully handwrote my name on the “Welcome Home” packet. It wasn’t rushed or sloppy — she took the time to write it beautifully with a little design. It may seem like a small detail to some, but I found it incredibly kind and meaningful. Unfortunately, my experience at my previous apartment wasn’t great, which is what led me to move. However, out of all the apartments I’ve lived in, and without any exaggeration, this has been the best overall experience by far.

  Estamos muy contentos de vivir aquí. Desde el primer día nos sentimos a gusto y en un ambiente seguro y agradable. La administración es excelente y siempre está dispuesta a ayudar; queremos destacar especialmente a Mayra Mendoza, quien siempre nos brinda su apoyo y atención con mucha amabilidad. Nos sentimos afortunados de formar parte de esta comunidad y definitivamente recomendamos este lugar a quienes busquen un hogar cómodo y bien administrado!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mayra. From day one at Mosby, she has been an absolute darling, enthusiastic, warm, and genuinely committed to making residents feel at home. Her energy is uplifting, her communication is clear and timely, and she always goes above and beyond whenever I need assistance. What truly sets Mayra apart is how much she cares. She doesn’t just “manage”, she creates a peaceful, welcoming living experience. Any concern I’ve had has been handled with professionalism and kindness, and she makes you feel heard and valued every single time. Living at Mosby has been such a calm and positive experience, and Mayra is a huge reason why. She brings grace, good energy, and excellence to everything she does. If every community had a Mayra, apartment living would feel effortless everywhere. Highly recommend. 🤍

  From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth, welcoming, and well-managed. The community is clean, comfortable, and truly feels like home. I especially want to highlight Mayra, who has been extremely helpful and delightful to work with. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Any concerns I had were handled quickly and with such a positive attitude. Her support really made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend Avalon at Mosby to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!
