  This complex is a hidden gem, centrally located, very nice finishes both in the amenities and in the apartment, great staff. It’s really quiet and well designed. Mayra and Christopher are both very nice and easy to work with, you can tell that Mayra is passionate about building a community. She even wrote us a thank you card welcoming us and called to make sure our move in went okay :)

  Beautiful community!!!! I am so happy to be moving in at the end of the month. I was able to get a lake view apartment with a gorgeous view thanks to my agent Christopher. He was patient, an gave a sense of home :) Thank you Mosby

  I had an opportunity to meet with Chris regarding the possibility of renting a 2-3bedroom apt. He was very flexible, knowledgeable and made sure to understand what our needs were for our future home. I would highly recommend Chris and the Avalon @ Mosby apartments!

  Absolutely in love with my new home. My Agent Christopher was a Rockstar, an amazing help in finding the perfect home, a true blessing. The community is beautiful and the staff is top tier.
