  Literally the best place I’ve ever lived. The community is beautiful. Management is amazing. Go above and beyond. Maintenance is quick and extremely easy going. Great customer service. The townhomes are spacious and unique. 10/10 highly recommend.

  We love this place because the management is dedicated to offering a unique and different living experience. The leasing office staff is absolutely friendly and they really know how to make you feel comfortable and welcome. We have lived in other communities before and never received the level of care and attention that they provide here. Highly recommended! Please take care of our neighborhood and help keep it clean.

  We love our new Home!! It is in the perfect spot that’s gorgeous, clean and very scenic. The homes are quite spacious, and it even has a community pool and gym. What makes it even better is the on site manager Jen, who is just so sweet, charismatic and very helpful; I would say she’s the mom of the community, always excited and ready to assist. I am excited to see what else the Bb Living Epperson Ranch will have to offer!!

  My family and I have been residents for more than a year and we just renewed our lease. As a growing family of four, living in Wesley Chapel, I cannot think of a better place for us to be. The lagoon access is awesome and our amenities in the community are top teir, not to mention basically brand new. We couldn't find a better situation for us; safe, clean, and just a refreshing place to live. Everyone in the leasing office is amazing and extremely helpful. Jen specifically has always gone above and beyond expectations, she is just the best! Maintenance has always been detailed and done with the utmost professionalism. We have never been disappointed here!
