  I absolutely love these townhomes! The community is beautiful and very well maintained, which really stood out to us from the beginning. For a new construction rental community, everything feels thoughtfully built and high quality. This was actually my first place renting in Florida where we’ve seen no pests, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I’ve never seen any cockroaches or pests, which I know can be a concern in this area. Jenn in the office is absolutely amazing. She’s so kind, responsive, and always willing to help with anything you need. We also love all the resident events they host! & they are very friendly towards the kids in the community- even allowing them to stop into the office once a week for free snacks in exchange for 5 pieces of trash picked up. What a great way to include the kids in the community and help the place look nice at the same time. The only reason we’re moving out is because we’re moving into our first home that we purchased. Otherwise, we would have happily stayed! Overall, I’ve had a great experience with BB Living at Epperson and would highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a clean, well-kept townhome in a great community. Having access to Epperson Lagoon is also a huge bonus and makes living here even more enjoyable! 🌴✨

  Beautiful development with great amenities. Great management team. Jen and Ellie from the leasing office are super helpful and friendly. Maintenance crew as well.

  My husband and I have been amazed with this community since we toured it. We are so happy to call this place home! Ellie and Jen have been so wonderful to work with and have been nothing but amazing every step of the way. Answering any questions we have, going above and beyond countless times. The community is beautiful and we highly recommend living here!!

  Literally the best place I’ve ever lived. The community is beautiful. Management is amazing. Go above and beyond. Maintenance is quick and extremely easy going. Great customer service. The townhomes are spacious and unique. 10/10 highly recommend.
