  Lived here for an about a year in a 1 bd 1bath, love the area and the staff- the only negative experience I have had staying in building two has been the frequent power outages. Typically they last from 3 hours to 30 minutes but today it shut off at 2am and now it’s 3pm with still no electricity. Update: the outage lasted almost four days. The staff got everyone in building two affected areas hotel room and the power was restored at 10pm on the 17th.

  My partner and I have been living here for a year now; I would give this complex 5 stars as the staff (even though they seem to have a high turnover rate), location, and lay out of the apartments are very nice- however, there are frequent power outages in solely building two. March 15th our power went out at 2am then was restored March 17th at 10pm. Having no power for three, almost 4 days was incredibly frustrating. The staff gave out hotel rooms to everyone in building 2 who was affected but we the tenants can’t help but feel like this was a problem which could’ve been nipped at the bud sooner. For now it seems fixed but be wary of building 2. I’ve updated my rating to four stars because of the way the staff handled this issue. Even though it was incredibly frustrating to have gone through, the staff providing us with hotel rooms and a gift card for groceries was very helpful.

  I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this community. The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and it provides a safe and welcoming environment. I truly enjoy my home and appreciate the management and staff for their professionalism, responsiveness, and care in maintaining such a pleasant place to live.
