  Came with my fiancé to tour, wow it was so beautiful and Nicole was so helpful and nice. We really look forward to moving here next year.

  My review as per my experiences in 3901apt 108 . I been here sine the beginning of December. No real problems. But at a certain point I felt like I was being targeted on various noise complaints. I bought it up to Michael . And he mention to me . Not to let bother me regarding the complaint. He mention that it was miss directed . But after 4 notifications. It kind feels like I was single out . 2 verbal and two through emails . Other than that have no complaints. I come and go . I don’t even utilize the facilities in this place . At one point I felt targeted . I’m a 100 percent disable veteran . I’ve experienced many traumatic events during my years in service . On one of several occasions. I suffered traumatic head injuries . I Lost my hearing in my left ear . If I knew first hand that it was going to be an issue . I would moved somewhere else . Where they could accommodate a disabled vet that has severe hearing lost

  Michael gave me a tour of The Vivien in Vero Beach today, and I have to say—I can’t believe I drove by so many times without stopping in sooner! As a business owner who’s constantly out in the community, I enjoy referring people to great places around the Treasure Coast. A friend of mine had visited recently and described it as beautiful and very high-end, so I decided to see it for myself. Let me tell you—it did not disappoint. From the pickleball courts to the steam room, sauna, and even virtual golf, every detail feels thoughtfully designed and truly elevated. The amenities are impressive, but what really stood out was the overall atmosphere—it just feels like a place you’d be proud to call home. This is absolutely a community I can see myself living in, and one I’ll confidently be recommending to others. --- If you want, I can make a shorter version or one with a little more “sassy” tone to match your brand voice.
