( that can make one nervous and anxious ) They have been keeping us Updated on every aspect of building our home I like the fact that they are extremely personable Pleasant and very informative. We are due to close in June and very excited about starting a new chapter

Most of all she was so accommodating for our needs. Carson the project manager was so awesome. After narrowing down my choices, I was left with only two locations, and Lost Tree Preserve emerged as the best choice. Annette, my salesperson, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and incredibly patient. What stood out about this development was its genuine sense of community compared to other new construction sites. The houses were not only nicer, brighter, and more spacious but also felt like a welcoming place to live. I believe this location will be perfect for me.

She explained the process going forward and then referred me to their finance department, another great guy and experience. I would highly recommend Ryan Homes and the quality professionals that work for them.

Narrow streets with hardly any street lights makes it difficult to navigate And when brightline starts using the train tracks the noise from trains that's already deafening, will be a constant 24/7. Small clubhouse, and no playground. A lot of money for nothing!
