  Professionalism at every step of the purchase process. Great location between Vero and Sebastian. Close to beaches, the river and many other activities in the area. Has a great low stress vibe going on.

  Marcia is a wonderful sales agent who listened to our needs and is there for us if we have additional questions. Zach and Raul are very professional and knowlegable. The amenities are perfect and the location is exactly what we wanted. We look forward to many happy years at Harbor Isle.

  We first met Marcia at the sales office in Harbor Isle, and the experience was an excellent one from the beginning. Then we met the Construction manager, Zach, and he was very supportive and ready to answer all our questions. every time we called him he responded right away. The neighborhood is very nice and close proximity to the beach.

  My wife and I are in our late 60s, 40 year Florida residents. We decided it was time to buy a new home meeting new hurricane builder codes, in a gated community, where the landscaping maintenance, pool and other amenities are all included. This was a big decision for us. Luckily, we decided to stop into a new community being built by DiVosta called Harbor Isle in Vero Beach. Upon entering the model center, we were happily greeted by Vincent Di Nunzio the sales consultant for the community. Vincent gave us a description of the community, amenities, and a tour of the models. He then took his time asking us what our needs were for the home. After that, we hopped on his golf cart and he took us on a tour of the community, viewed the homes that he thought would meet our needs that were available in the near future for move-in. My wife had many many questions for Vincent, and he easily answered all of them for her. Vincent’s knowledge of the home floor plans, construction facts, paint colors, cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc. gave us great confidence in him. Within a week we had picked out a home, signed a contract and we’re on our way to a new chapter in our lives. We would like to thank Vincent Di Nunzio for his patience and professionalism during a very important decision-making time in our lives and we highly recommend him as a sales consultant at the beautiful Harbor Isle community.
