In Dec found out had to fill out there was an application for $50 fee for each adult for credit check and background check. After paying $100 and owner and I talked to the office several times found out they wanted 2 months of bank statements for income verification for a rental that was not even paid to them. Cancelled same day in couple of hours and ask for refund because credit report showed they didn’t run yet and they said no.

Lot rent is reflective of the wonderful peaceful and welcoming environment, and the well-maintained holmes. There are three club houses in this 200-acre community; this means three pools, three hot tubs, and an array of indoor activities. As a "newbie", I am really looking forward to the craft room and the sauna room.
