  Mike was amazing explaining what made the Vivien the right choice in making it my home. The Apartment he showed me was incredible, like having a custom-built Apartment. The smart Appliances along with being the first person to ever live in the unit was a huge selling point for me. The Huge Fitness Center blew my mind and will save me money from having to keep a gym membership. The pool area and other amenities just put this place above the rest. This is truly an Ultra Luxury Apartment Community, and I can't wait to move in. Thanks again Mike!

  Beautiful complex! The location is perfect and the apartments are top notch. Amenities haven’t opened yet, but should be open soon and they are like nothing any other complex has. Nicole and Michael are both extremely helpful and made the moving process seamless. Would recommend to anyone looking in the Vero area!

  I had the opportunity to tour The Vivien on Friday. The verdict, I am just in LOVE with the property! It has all of the luxury amenities one could ask for, and Nicole was the most helpful and pleasant person I could have dreamed of helping me. If you need resort style luxury this is it!

  Love the place and Niki from the front desk giving the tour was amazing! She’s so thoughtful and very thorough. What an amazing place!
