  Marcia is a wonderful sales agent who listened to our needs and is there for us if we have additional questions. Zach and Raul are very professional and knowlegable. The amenities are perfect and the location is exactly what we wanted. We look forward to many happy years at Harbor Isle.

  We first met Marcia at the sales office in Harbor Isle, and the experience was an excellent one from the beginning. Then we met the Construction manager, Zach, and he was very supportive and ready to answer all our questions. every time we called him he responded right away. The neighborhood is very nice and close proximity to the beach.

  Harbor aisle in vero is an amazing community , it has the location, amenities, floor plans and one the most knowledgeable and sincere salespersons we ever had the opportunity to work with, his name is, Vincent Di Nunzio. He is an effective communicator makes you feel at ease when asking questions. He is focused on providing you the information to make an informed buying decision that’s right for you His personality is sincere and his intentions are genuine. He takes the time to listen, and will get back with you on questions he can’t answer. We can’t say enough about how helpful this man was. Thank you for everything and we are grateful for all you have done for us. The team constructing your home is hands on. Project manager Zack is extremely knowledgeable and focused on providing you and your family a well built quality home you can be proud of. His attention to detail and organizational skills are top notch. There’s a reason why he is a senior project manager and mentor. The design process with Stacey Davidson was informative, relaxed and her personality is approachable . You feel at ease and again, there is no pressure, she is there to help and make your vision a reality. We had so much fun going over the options and her design experience was greatly appreciated , we couldn’t have done it without her help pulling it all together for us. We are extremely grateful and appreciated our experience with Stacey . Aaron browning at Pulte mortgage is someone we never had the opportunity to meet, he made us feel like we already knew each other. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable on the various loan options and would periodically check on us to see if we had any questions or to just keep in touch. He did a great job making us feel comfortable and is easy to talk to. We can’t say enough about the team at Harbor aisle, they bring it all together as a package and this experience is unlike any other we had previously experienced. When people are happy and enjoy what they do, this is the result, a team that is customer focused, result driven and at your side during the process.
