Signed a contract in Oct 2021, closed in Feb 2024, still waiting for major repairs in Sept 2025. 5 salespeople, two construction managers, two warranty managers so far! Someone please help! My husband left 2 messsges, and I left 1 the day after basically telling them if we don’t hear from them at the end of the day then apparently they’re not interested. It’s not a wonder the complaints on here as their service is undesirable and that’s BEFORE they even get you to buy. Imagine once you’re stuck and already committed! Yikes. It’s unfortunate as the service we got in TX was top notch. There are other much better options. This is a sign NOT to buy at this community!
